  3. Models were created with algorithms using Sriya-AI techniques like Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, Multilayer Perceptron, and Artificial Neural Network.
  4. Performance measurement values were obtained for feature sets of 7, 14, 21, and 26.
  5. The Sriya-AI algorithms were able to predict customer satisfaction rate with an average accuracy between 86% - 93%
